MessageMosaic LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our MessageMosaic platform and related services ("Service").

Please read this Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

5.1 Retention Period. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

5.2 Account Information. If you have registered for an account with us, we will retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. After account termination, we may retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or take other actions permitted or required by applicable law.

5.3 User Content. We will retain your User Content (such as audience profiles, messages, and other content) for as long as necessary to provide the Service, or until you delete your User Content or request that we delete it. Please note that copies of your User Content may remain in our system after deletion for a period of time due to backups and caching.

6. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

6.1 Security Measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if available. This Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those services. 7.2 Social Media Features. Our Service may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, or interactive mini-programs that run on our Service. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Service, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Service. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

7.3 Analytics Partners. We may use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand how users interact with our Service.
